Where is customer service?
After setting up my PC, the AMD software prompted me for to auto overlock. The system restarted itself after initiating it and stop displaying a picture on the screen. The help guide that comes in the box gives you a QR to scan for help that is no longer in service and nobody answers the given phone number. I went to submit a tech support request and it told me to go further, I need to check my email. There is nothing in my email. Legit had this PC for two hours :(

Good pc for the Flex Price
To be honest, I have had this pc for like 4 months almost 4 months. And no issue except with the Flex Billing. I like to pay my bills on time but Flex subscription is different they wait for a day later and then say. Your behind your billing? I sat there looking at the "When can I pay this?" Bill. I like to get my bills paid so I can focus on my day. But with this problem its a problem because I have to wait a day later to pay this. But overall the pc is great love it, but wish the Billing was a bit more functional and less on being stingy. :/

1 out of 6 people would NOT recommend this product. It simple math. Roll the dice and end up like me or be smart and find better odds!! First one shipped had a bad GPU. Second one, my 7 gig fiber service is bottlenecking at the NIC. NZXT recommendation... Play it on wifi! Seriously? Yikes!! Ping was high 40s through 80s on ethernet. Unplug it. Ping smooth 32-38. I get better game play on my i5 3050 with 1 gig cable service. Packing up my second player three prime in two months. On a good note they will have it by Christmas! HO HO HO!! Don't get coaled!

terrible
received the pc yesterday brand new out the box plugged it in first issue was it wasn’t connecting to the internet so i went and did a ethernet connection instead and right when i go back to turn the pc again it diane turn on fans light up ( don’t spin ) and nun else works i press the button nothing , very stressful as bc this is my first pc

So Far so good Haven’t had any issues besides NZXT Cam Not Picking up the computer for Changing the lighting I do wish it came with 32GB Ram Sticks considering Majority of games use a lot of the 16GB these come with but all in all if They ever sent me a pc to review regarding the program it has my 100% Satisfaction, and would recommend to anyone looking to play on Pc Before making the big jump to buying one out right.

Who is Fragile?
Fragile is our trusted partner that manages the NZXT Flex subscription program from end to end. When you sign up for Flex, you're entering into an agreement with Fragile—they handle everything behind the scenes, including billing, account management, customer support, returns, data wiping, refreshes, and tier swaps. TL;DR: NZXT makes the gaming PCs, Fragile handles the rest.
What’s included with NZXT Flex?
Every NZXT Flex subscription includes:
- The choice between a like-new PC or a new PC (for a one-time fee)
- The ability to swap tiers, refresh, or cancel anytime
- Full coverage for repairs and replacements
- Dedicated technical support via phone, text, or email
- Full 2-year PC refresh through routine maintenance
Note: Peripherals are not included. You’ll need to provide your own monitor, keyboard, mouse, mouse pad, and/or headset/speakers.
How much does NZXT Flex cost?
NZXT Flex is built on transparent pricing—no hidden fees, and shipping is always included.
- Monthly Payment: Based on the PC tier you choose. Your monthly price is protected and won’t increase unless you switch to a different tier.
- Like-New PC: A refurbished PC is included with every subscription. You’ll only pay the monthly fee—nothing extra to get started.
Optional one-time fees:
- New PC fee: Applies if you choose a brand-new PC—at checkout, during a refresh, or when switching tiers.
- Swap fee: Applies if you refresh early (before your included 2-year refresh) or switch to a different tier. If you choose a new PC during a refresh or swap, the New PC Fee applies as well.
Note: Exact fee amounts vary by tier and condition. You’ll always see the full cost before confirming any changes.
What's the difference between a like-new and new PC?
- Like-new PC: A refurbished system with varied parts that meets strict quality standards. It will always meet or exceed the minimum specs for its tier.
- New PC: Brand-new, factory-fresh system with the exact listed parts, including CPU, GPU, RAM, storage, and case.
How do NZXT Flex PC refreshes work?
With NZXT Flex, you may become eligible for a 2-year refresh through our routine maintenance program—giving you the opportunity to receive the latest version of the PC in your tier at no extra cost at or before the two-year mark.
Want something sooner? Eligible subscribers can refresh anytime by paying a one-time swap fee (the same as switching tiers). Every Anytime Refresh comes with a like-new PC, just like starting a new subscription. Prefer a brand-new PC instead? Just add a New PC Fee on top of the swap fee.
Can I cancel anytime? How do returns work?
Yes! You can cancel anytime—just contact NZXT Flex support to start the return process. Your subscription will end after your current billing cycle, with no further charges.
Returning your PC is easy and fully covered—just use the provided shipping label and original packaging to send it back. Got rid of your packaging? Reach out to support—they can send a replacement for a small fee.
Note: If you received a free month promo, canceling before your first renewal will void the offer.
Can I change my NZXT Flex PC tier?
Yes! Just reach out to the NZXT Flex support team to swap tiers. You’ll return your current PC and choose a like-new or brand-new model from your preferred tier. A Swap Fee applies, and if you select a brand-new PC, the New PC Fee applies as well. Once you make the switch, your monthly payment will update based on your new tier.
What if my NZXT Flex PC has issues?
We guarantee the PC will perform as expected. If issues arise, contact NZXT Flex support—they’ll troubleshoot, repair, or replace it at no extra cost.
When does my subscription start, and when will I be charged?
- Your first monthly payment (plus any applicable one-time fees) is processed when your subscription is approved.
- Your billing cycle starts when your PC is delivered.
- Future payments are charged on the same date each month.
Will applying for NZXT Flex impact my credit?
No, applying for NZXT Flex won’t impact your credit. Fragile doesn’t perform hard credit checks. A soft check may be used for verification, but it won’t affect your score.
How do I qualify for NZXT Flex? Is approval guaranteed?
To be eligible for Flex, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old
- Provide a valid U.S. government-issued ID
- Live in the contiguous U.S. (not available in AK, HI, or U.S. territories)
- Use a credit or debit card (prepaid cards like CashApp or Visas are not accepted)
Approval isn’t guaranteed. Fragile reviews standard risk factors during the application process and takes strong measures to protect the experience for all users. There’s a zero-tolerance policy for clear cases of fraud or abuse.
What happens if an NZXT Flex PC gets lost or stolen? Or if an account is past due?
If a device is reported as lost, stolen, or broken beyond repair, Fragile may retrieve certain information, such as the most recent IP address, to verify the claim and assist in recovery. This information is limited to protect privacy.
Non-payment or late payments are not considered fraud on their own, but failure to return a device after cancellation will be treated as abusive behavior. In such cases, Fragile may remotely restrict access to the device. For more details, please refer to the Fraud and Abuse Policy.
Is my data safe? What happens when I return the PC?
Yes—your data belongs to you. We take privacy seriously and never keep, share, or sell any personal data from your device—period.
Before returning your NZXT Flex PC, we recommend backing up your files and wiping the system. It’s the best way to protect your privacy and make sure you’ve saved everything you need.
Once your PC is received, Fragile follows strict, industry-standard procedures to securely wipe the device.
Can I modify the hardware in my NZXT Flex PC?
No, user modifications aren’t allowed. Any upgrades or repairs are managed by NZXT and Fragile to maintain peak performance and ensure full support. Once a PC is returned, it will eventually go back into rotation to meet the standards for future users.

What happens if I can’t pay my monthly subscription?
We recognize that financial circumstances can shift unexpectedly. If you anticipate difficulty with a payment, please contact Fragile support as soon as possible. We're committed to working with you to explore available assistance options, understanding that each situation is unique. In the event of a missed payment, we will attempt to reach you.
However, if we are unable to establish contact after multiple attempts through various channels over an extended period of time (typically 60-180 days), we will need to begin the access suppression process, which may involve restricting PC access or requiring its immediate return.
Is NZXT Flex rent-to-own or a financing plan?
No. NZXT Flex is a subscription. You’re paying for access to a gaming PC with no long-term commitment. Every plan also includes full coverage and the flexibility to refresh or swap PCs.
If you’d rather own, we offer NZXT Player PCs that you can purchase outright or pay over time.
